Blue Collar is currently working on two high end concept restaurants on Jasper Avenue, both of which are the handiwork of renowned Edmonton chef, Ben Staley. The opening of these new concept restaurants is highly anticipated by Edmonton food connoisseurs. So far, the Blue Collar Electric team has completed all the required electrical work for specialized kitchen equipment, including dehydrators and cook tops. We’ve also installed ambient lighting in the dining and reception areas. The Blue Collar Electric team looks forward to the opening dates for Alta and the Alder Room.
